Every woman and every girl deserves to feel safe, respected and free from violence. Yet violence against women continues to affect far too many lives, and changing this reality requires all of us, especially men, to step up and be part of the solution.
That’s why I’m taking part in Polished Man.
Painting one nail is a simple but powerful symbol. It starts a conversation about what it means to be a man, how we treat the people around us, and the importance of speaking up, showing vulnerability, challenging harmful behaviours and creating a culture where respect and safety are non-negotiable.
