Every person deserves to feel safe and cared for. But the pressure on men to hide their feelings and act tough is hurting their mental health, and in some cases leading men to think it's acceptable to control or even harm women and children. Polished Man backs the role models men already trust, to flip the script: helping men open up, ask for help, and show up for the people they love.
One painted nail starts a conversation. It's a small, visible sign that helps create new possibilities for how we show up for ourselves and each other.

My childhood and family home was dominated by domestic violence, so that's why I have been helping this campaign since 2021. I believe strongly that change is possible. With early intervention we can break the cycle of violence.
