This isn't rocket science. Safety is fundamental to life and growth. Violence towards women and children is a truly horrific side of humanity.
There are many causes worth supporting in this world. This cause is important to me, and I like Polished Man's approach to creating visibility and seeking to impact men. As such, I'm painting a nail and fundraising.

Wednesday 30th SepThis is my 4th year being aware of Polished Man. For two years, I painted a nail briefly, then I've done a bit of fundraising. This cause matters to me, and I like that simply painting a nail is a tangible action (small though it may be).
If this matters to you, I'd love for you to donate, paint a nail, share with others, etc. I don't care if you donate on my page - the funds all go to the same places.
Above all... talk to your mates and colleagues. Tough conversations and real actions will be where actual change lies. This campaign will fund some of those, but real power is in community and relationships.
