I’m painting one nail blue to make a statement: violence has no place in our homes or our families.
Everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and cared for. Period.
But somewhere along the way, a lot of men were taught that we’re supposed to “tough it out,” keep our feelings to ourselves, and never admit when we’re struggling. That silence can hurt us—and when we don't know how to deal with anger, pain, or insecurity in a healthy way, the people around us can get hurt too.
I believe we can do better.
Being a man isn't about being the biggest, loudest, or toughest guy in the room. Real strength is knowing when to speak up, when to ask for help, when to listen, and when to stand up for someone who needs it.
That's why I'm taking part in the Polished Man campaign.
One painted nail might seem like a small thing, but that's the point. It's a conversation starter. It's a visible reminder that we have a choice in how we treat ourselves and the people around us.
I'm asking you to stand with me. Sponsor me, share this message, start a conversation, and help build communities where people don't have to live in fear.
Because violence doesn't have to be someone else's problem.
It can end with us.
Thank you for your support.
